30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!! You may return merchandise bought from our company for a refund. The refund is limited to the product purchase price. All returns must be received within 30-days of receipt in a new, unused condition. All original packaging, parts and pieces of package offers must be returned to be eligible for refund. Please call toll free at (877) 589-0048 or e-mail for return authorization. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that originally paid for the order. No shipping fees will be refunded back to the customer.

Shipping Costs
If the return is for a refund, only the value of the product returned and associated sales taxes will be refunded. The amount paid for shipping will not be reimbursed and the customer will pay for the cost of shipping all returned items back to Top Massage Tables. Returns are not processed until we have received the returned item and it has been inspected.

If the return is in exchange for a replacement, the customer will pay for the cost of shipping all returned items back to Top Massage Tables. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to the customer. Replacements are not processed until we have received the returned item and it has been inspected.

This policy applies even in the case of defective items. We understand it is not your fault the item is defective, but please understand it is not our fault that the item is defective either. We ship what the manufacturer provides us, and we could not afford to offer such great prices if we had to assume all shipping costs associated with returns.
